Hope everyone is having a great last weekend in October. I think I’m spending my weekend watching scary movies carving MORE pumpkins and roasting pumpkin seeds. If you’ve never roasted your pumpkin seeds you are missing a great opportunity of yumminess. My favorite is to douse it with garlic salt and Johnny’s Seasoning salt and roast till their crispy golden brown.
